Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

I use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviours. This evidence-based approach has been proven to be effective in treating a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

Dialectical Behavioral Therapy

I use dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) to help clients increase emotional regulation and emotion identification while building copin skills as well as improve mindfulness. This is also an evidence-based approach has been proven to be effective in treating a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and PTSD.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a collaborative process between the therapist and client that aims to improve the client's mental health and well-being. At Laura Curry LMFT, I use a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, humanistic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
